Nick and Lauranne are having another baby! Hurray! So before baby #2 pops, they decided to have an outdoor, family photoshoot to document their last few months as a family of three. Lauranne wanted their family photoshoot location to be someplace close to home that held special memories for them. So, we concurred that the park they frequented would be a great place for their family photoshoot!
Against the evening sun, we found a nice shady spot next to the river which was a great respite from the blistering, Brisbane summer heat. Here is one thing I realized about family photoshoots with babies and toddlers. Never make an exception by disrupting their sleep cycle/routine for the family shoot! A sleepy child is a grumpy child. We had the photoshoot a little earlier than we had wanted to but it all worked out well! By the end of it, Naomi was so done with interactions much less photo-taking *laughs*
