Believe it or not, Chloe and I go way back! We grew up together playing hide-and-seek and what not at each other’s houses because our parents used to go to the same church. But then they didn’t anymore, and we lost contact. I bumped into her again during my uni’s open house and fast forward a few years later, we took this in Brisbane! Yeah, somedays I pinch myself because this job has reconnected me with many friends from long ago. And I can’t believe I get to do what I love for work. Amazes me all the time!!
This is by far the least I have walked for a shoot because they were perfectly happy to just frolicked on the mat the entire time. Chloe got all these props from Kmart on the very day of the shoot and it turned out so good! I’ve had people come to me asking for a picnic shoot after seeing this one. If you see this Chloe, know that your picnic set styling has inspired others!!
